* Use updpkgsums from pacman-contrib.

* Avoid looping over all packages when only one is to be updated.
* [consider] Unify the different sample.PKGBUILDs.
* Prohibit update of deu-eng, eng-deu src and svn versions.
  - They are created manually.
  - Alternatively, adapt the system to account for the differences.
